Words fall short to express how excited I am to share with you a truly one of a kind photo shooting.

Mon Repos is a neoclassical palace, the birth place of Prince Philip of Greece, who was to marry Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II. The entire estate – a park – like retreat, a luscious green haven off Corfu’s old town, perfectly combines the royal atmosphere of the past within the wild natural surroundings.

This stunning photo session is the result of an extremely talented team and I feel very honored to have been a part of it. Flawlessly organized and planned by the Corfu-based wedding planner Aris Papachristou and a master of floral artistry Leonidas Rammos who single-handedly designed the astounding crown-like head piece of our featured bride, turning her into a true boho queen. The concept of the session was to allow the bride to embrace her inner wilderness, get close to the mesmerizing nature around her and be the most enthralling wildflower among all flowers. The peach hues beautifully contrasted with the dominant green setting giving our bride a quaint romanticism. The entire team got carried away in the making and that relaxed care-free mood was superbly captured by the very talented Beatrice and Alberto.

With so many strong elements my intention was to bring out the bride’s femininity to prominence. I designed a chic cotton lace wedding gown, on a skin-tone base with a plunging cleavage so that my bride exudes natural sensuality. The flowy A-line skirt was designed to provide the bride with an unintentional, relaxed and very comfortable feeling – just exactly what a chic boho bride needs.
